Ms. Farlow is the founder and principal of the Dublin, Ohio law firm of Farlow & Associates LLC. She has been named as an Ohio Super Lawyer for 2007, and was one of the first lawyers in Ohio to be designated as an Ohio State Bar Association Board-Certified Family Relations Law Specialist.

Ms. Farlow has spent most of her professional legal career practicing in the area of litigation with emphasis on family relations law and school law. She has extensive experience throughout the state of Ohio, at all court levels, covering the full range from assisting a single parent in obtaining child support to litigating complex trials and appeals.

Ms. Farlow also practices in the area of school law. She frequently represents school administrators in employment contract actions; additionally, she represents administrators and educators before the State of Ohio Department of Education in certification proceedings.

Prior to commencing her legal career, Ms. Farlow worked as an English teacher in North Carolina, Illinois, and Ohio for fourteen years. During that time, she focused on curriculum development and writing instruction. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Turkey, teaching English as a second language in Fatsa, Ordu, and at Ataturk University in Erzurum.
